Our first blog…I’m looking forward to hearing peoples opinions and responses. I hope this is a fun way to get feedback from all the great people that are linked to Jessica’s Footprint.
Just a bit of an update for everyone and a What’s New:
Hope some of you were able to make it out to our 2nd Annual Garage Sale at Leatherstone Equestrian Centre. It was fun - even in the rain! We had great support so thank you to all who helped organize, donated sale items, baked yummy treats for the bake sale and all that came out and supported us..again in the rain! Facepainting and pony rides were great. Thank you to the volunteers and Leatherstone. A big thank you to Steve from Canadian Auto Associates who supplied the van and a driver so that all that was left over from the sale could make its way to other charities. We raised $2500 !!
A Walk in the Park 2009 is well underway.
We now have Pledge forms and Posters that have been printed. We are presently trying to get them out into the public by asking businesses to have pledge forms on their retail counters or bulletin boards. So if you know someone who can do this…please email me straight away! jessicasfootprint@bellnet.ca
A big deadline that is coming up quick is the T-shirt Deadline - Wednesday, June 3rd. So we need everyone to gather their teams and get those t-shirt sizes in so we can personalize your shirts! See “create a team” on the website….
